Please place both keys provided (2 keys) into the mailbox assigned to your apartment number.
You can find the mailbox unlocking code in the Move in Instructions email that was sent to you prior to your move in. The top half of the mail box is open, so there is no need to unlock the mailbox to dropping keys.
If you are unsure of the unlocking code, please insert the keys into your apartment mailbox using the same method as a regular postal delivery, just as a mail carrier would do.
When moving out, please make sure to lock your room before leaving.
In the event that any key is lost, the cost of lock replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.
If no security deposit has been collected, the cost will be billed separately.
Before vacating the apartment, please double check that all windows are securely closed and that water, electricity, air conditioning, and the television are turned off.
